The chakras concept is known from the sacred scriptures of the Hindu culture, saying that every living being holds an incalculable number of energetic elements.

All human organs are made of cells, which are energetic elements: their function is to absorb, transmute and distribute energy.

In the human body exist 7 main chakras, that are energetic centers.
When there’s an energetic imbalance among the chakras, it origins disease.

The sacral chakra, the second one, represents fertility, sensuality, and creativeness.

Yes. It’s only natural to accept this fact.

Sim. É natural, aceitar esse facto.

But it can be transformed.

Remember the 2nd chakra (sacral), mentioned above on point 1.1 of this article?
Well: when the sacral chakra is in des- equilibrium, imbalanced (obstructed or weakened energetically), it leads to many disorders such as sex addiction, perversions, pron addiction, and/ or aggressive behaviors.
If find yourself struggling with those issues, that prevent you from feeling joy and fulfilled: don’t hesitate, find the courage to get professional help from support groups or therapy, if needed.

These are the major sexual energy blockers:
- Draining relationships. A training relationship is an energy vampire. How can you use your creative energy to create if it’s all being drained into a toxic relationship, that feeds on your vital energy?
Estes são os maiores bloqueadores de energia sexual:
- Relacionamentos tóxicos. Que é o mesmo que dizer vampiros de energia. Como vais conseguir usar tua energia creativa, para criar, se o teu “stock energético” está a ser canalizado para um relacionamento tóxico, que se alimenta à custa da tua energia vital?
- Maintaining negative states of mind for too long. You have to create a switch button, a mental one.
Is ok to feel negative emotions. they exist exists, are a part of nature. Recognize that is there, accept it, and let it go. Normally a full deep breath that actually allows oxygen into your brain will

Mas o nosso corpo é o veículo: há que haver congruência entre os dois (corpo e espírito) para sentires plenitude.
- Living anchored to the past. Remember: sexual energy is creative energy.
There's is nothing to create in the past. It’s done. If the memories are good: keep them to nourish yourself in times of emotional need. But is better to get help from images of the desired future.
If the memories are harsh, the only thing that you can use in the past is some learned lesson. Learn what needs to be learned from there. Frame it in a way that you can use it to build yourself up, to uprise before yourself, from within.
If you find it hard to do on your own, the processing of past feelings/emotions/memories: find professional help.
- Viver ancorado no passado. Lembra-te: energia sexual é energia criativa.
Não há nada para criar no passado. Está feito. Se as memórias são boas: guarda-as para te nutrires emocionalmente, quando sentires necessidade de ir lá buscar energia. Mas é sempre melhor recorrer a imagens de um futuro desejado.
