Process your emotions. You can be damn good at suppression emotions, but it certainly isn’t mentally healthy: at some point you going to have to pay the due.

This is an outburst! With no intention of pointing out ways or finding solutions – I am still discovering mine. But it may be that the outburst, the sharing, serves someone.
