“For almost two decades, my language was Mechanical Engineering. I learned that, just like machines, human beings enter critical failure without proper maintenance.”

I spent my career diagnosing systems and learning to recognise the signs of breakdown before they happened. Along the way, I realised I was overlooking those same signals in myself and the people around me.That led me to Emotional Intelligence and NeuroLinguistic Programming, helping me understand how our inner language shapes our behaviour, relationships, and sense of worth.Today, I work with senior professionals and leaders who appear successful on the outside but feel disconnected within. My approach is diagnostic before prescriptive — understanding the beliefs and patterns holding you back, then creating lasting change.I’m not here to make you louder or more productive. I’m here to help you become clear, regulated, and genuinely connected.
